这是kineda推出的一个等级评测系统，说白了不过就是利用Technorati的api衍生出来的一个链接数量查询器，然后根据反向链接数量给你定级
别（A>B>C>D，最高级的是A，最低的是D）。
查询格式是：

评级的根据：
[D-List Bloggers]
(3-9 blogs linking in the last 6 months)
[C-List Bloggers]
(10-99 blogs linking in the last 6 months)
[B-List Bloggers]
(100-499 blogs linking in the last 6 months)
[A-List Bloggers]
(500 or more blogs […]
